My name is Theresia LaFrance and I am a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton, with a major in Studio Arts and a minor in Art History. I have always been fascinated with drawing because of the murals and paintings in buildings I would see around me. I would watch my father sketch Snoopy the Dog drawings and teach myself how to sketch cartoon characters on TV. Drawing realistic sketches and paintings for old teachers and family members also helped me realize that art is what I like doing. I have assisted at a painting studio and have illustrated for a book my sister has published titled 'Casey Storey's Journey Begins'.
